Happy New Year!

It’s been an exciting start to 2025 for me. A trip to Melbourne to see the Yayoi Kusama exhibition and a new job. There’s been a lot to get excited about.

I’ve also been working on my window display at T’Arts. I am setting that up tomorrow (Feb 23) and it will be on display until March 29.

“Fioritura” (Italian for blooming) is all about celebrating the beauty and joy of flowers, brought to life through handmade glass beads.

In recent years, I’ve become obsessed with growing flowers in my garden. I thought it would be easy, but I quickly learned there’s a lot more to it than just planting seeds and hoping for the best. From choosing the right varieties to preparing the soil and timing everything just right—there are so many ways to get it wrong. But that’s also what makes it exciting. Every bloom feels like a small victory, a reminder that patience and persistence pay off.

This exhibition is my way of capturing the happiness and vibrancy that flowers bring to our lives, but in a form that lasts forever.

There will be a selection of brand new flower sticks for you to choose from. Also some brand new flower earrings. I hope you get a chance to stop by and have a look.

Etsy one-off listings

I have added some one-off pieces to my Etsy shop in case you can’t make it to Adelaide to see the jewellery at T’Arts. These pieces are some of the things that I wanted to make, but didn’t make for the window.

I have created a sale on Etsy that will run until March 8. The sale is for 10% discount on all of the listing in my shop.

Market news!!

I can’t remember the last time I did a market, so in exciting news I am doing a market on March 22. It’s in Murray Bridge as part of their Fringe Festival. It’s going to be a fantastic day out and I hope you get a chance to drive up to Murray Bridge for the day. More details HERE.

Thanks for supporting my small business.
