This morning I was thinking about what I was going to make today as part of my “Year of Recycled Glass Jewellery“, and I kind of wanted to use more of the rings that I had made and textured, but I thought I might have already made enough earrings (at this stage). Then I had a little brain wave and thought – “I could use the rings for pendants.”
Yay! I had been using pre-made findings for the pendants, and I was so excited to think that I could now make my own pendant rings! It was quite exciting (yes, the little things).
It also made me wish I had gotten my silver jewellery making tools and equipment out a long time ago….but maybe now is the right time? Well, I can’t undo the past, but I can go forward making new things, and that feels pretty good at the moment.
