PINK. Currently one of my most worn colours and not because of the Barbie movie either! I just love the softness of these pinks and the sparkles. I love seeing the little birds peaking out of these pieces 🐦

PURPLE. Another gorgeous colour that works well with so many other colours. Don’t forget the special events in the @adelaidearcade Friday evening celebrating @salafestival exhibitions. Hope you get a chance to visit some of the many exhibitions being held throughout the month of August.

BLUE. Always a popular choice for presents because blue suits so many people and you can wear it with so many different colours. Another favourite in my “Reflections in Glass” exhibition in the Adelaide Arcade for the month of August. All purchases can be made online.

GREEN. So many shades of green and they all work so beautifully together. It has been lovely to see some pieces selling from my @salafestival exhibition. The @adelaidearcade is having a SALA special event on Friday night with lots of opportunities to visit exhibitions and meet the makers. I won’t be there on Friday, but I will be at @tartscollective on Saturday 26/8. Hope you get a chance to visit at some stage, otherwise my jewellery is all online if something catches your eye.

ORANGE/YELLOW. Bright and happy colours. They are the next colour scheme in my “Reflections in Glass” exhibition. You can see it when you walk through the @adelaidearcade near the @haighschocolates end.

RED. The first colour in the rainbow, the first colour in my @salafestival exhibition. My Reflections in Glass exhibition in the @adelaidearcade showcases 8 different colour schemes and I will share them here in case you can’t make it to Adelaide during August. I did it! I created a @salafestival exhibition!! “Reflections in Glass” is now set up in the @adelaidearcade, at the Grenfell Street end (near Haighs if you feel like a treat)! Inspired by my recent Musings from the Past competition I have created an exhibition with ALL of my favourite beads. It was a pleasure to make all of the beads and jewellery, and my final display is exactly how I pictured it in my head. I hope you get a chance to visit, but if not all the items are listed on my website where you can also purchase them. All items will ship on September 1. Special thanks to Adelaide Arcade for hosting me and Adelaide City Council for helping with exhibition costs.

It’s nearly August! That means it’s nearly SALA time here in South Australia. I am looking forward to putting the finishing touches on everything and setting up my display on Tuesday! If you are wondering what I am up to…I am listing 004 in the SALA guide.

Today’s job! Sawing all the copper enamel tubes! Then they will be ready to enamel so I can use them for the necklaces I am making for my @salafestival exhibition.
