Looking forward to my day in the shop at @tartscollective. I have had a little play with my display and fingers crossed it is a busy day here.

Getting some new earrings ready for my next shift at @tartscollective on Saturday. Looking forward to my day in the shop, it’s always lovely to meet the customers and talk to them about my jewellery.
Spent a lovely morning in the Barossa Valley at @jamfactoryau Seppeltsfield learning how to make jewellery from recycled plastic materials. So much fun learning from @pollydymond and also very inspiring. Makes you look at things differently!
Congratulations to Fiona, Carol, Vanessa and Cathryn! Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter my Musings from the Past competition. I had over 30 entries that all took me on a lovely journey through my bead and jewellery making history! There were so many moments when I thought ‘why did I stop making those pieces?’ It was lovely to reconnect with some old designs. I hadn’t realised the colours were going to line up like this until I created the picture! What a lovely coincidence. The heart bead takes me back SO many years – why did I stop making necklaces with a single bead? Dotty beads have always been a favourite way for me to play with colours. And red is always a significant colour for me to work with too. I feel blessed that you all took the time to send me your photos and comments. I wish everyone could have won a prize 🏆
Love this! I have made all sorts of rainbow/colour-wheel inspired jewellery over the years. Love hearing your reactions to it. Just a few more days to get your Musings from the Past entries to me. I am feeling all sorts of emotions as I read the lovely comments and photographs you are sending through.
There was a time when all I made were necklaces with one bead on them…I can’t even remember making the decision to stop making them…thanks for reminding me. This photograph was sent to me as part of my Musings from the Past competition. Entries close April 16 and I will announce the winners on April 19. See link for details on how to enter.
